    It was a joke, Larry. However, there are plenty of nuts out there who say it's all made up. From my totally unscientific observation they tend to be right wing-nuts rather than left wing-nuts, but it's the fact that they're nuts that is more important than which wing they're on. The woman writing in the ever modest The American Thinker also sounds like a nut, just one on a different branch.

    The WHO number, or rather the number inferred from the WHO infection estimate, obviously suffers from delay effects. The IU number is feasible. The fatality rate has decreased significantly since the spring/early summer.
